We recently had the privilege of facilitating a training session for faith-based NGOs from Liberia and Ghana. The session focused on the urgent need for transformative leadership in this era of uncertainty and disruption. We also examined how good governance can establish credibility and sustainable systems, and how strategic resource mobilisation can drive lasting change.

At Research and Career Development, RECADEC East Africa, we believe deeply in the power of collaboration between academia and development agencies to drive evidence-based development. When knowledge meets action, communities thrive.

We would like to thank Episcopal Relief & Development for this opportunity. I would also like to commend ADDRO-Ghana and ECLRD-Liberia for their unwavering commitment to transforming their respective communities. Your work is a testament to what can be achieved when leadership is grounded in purpose.

Let’s build together and shape our communities through collaboration
