RECADEC promotes collaboration between education institutions and policymakers to foster harmonization of programs and policies. This is achieved through seminars, conferences, workshops, training programs as well as engagement with African diaspora and peer-to-peer meetings involving various universities and professional backgrounds.

Supporting collaborative research with public and private (NGOs, Business, Associations, etc.) sector to ensure lasting and sustainable development. This is done by bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives to address multifaceted and complex issues. This approach helps to propose actionable, realistic and applicable recommendations.

Internships and volunteer programs for graduates. We provide them with hands- on experience in real-world setting. By immersing themselves in industry, this experience shapes their career choices and entrepreneurship ventures.
